KOCHHAIR ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds in compliance with California state laws.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Certain items, such as personalized products and final sale items, are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support at contact@kochhair.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kochhair.com with photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
