As a dropshipping business, we work with multiple suppliers. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the supplier’s location and the customer’s shipping address.

Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.
6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
If the carrier marks a package as delivered but the customer has not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or the local post office before contacting us.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@kochhair.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but KOCHHAIR is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
